Insurance & Reimbursement
We are out-of-network with all insurance providers. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
After each visit, we provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reimbursement rates vary by plan. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.
We choose out-of-network care so your treatment — not insurance rules — drives every decision. Each 60-minute evaluation and 45-minute follow-up is one-on-one with your physical therapist, fully dedicated to your goals and needs.
Insurance often limits time and hands-on care in traditional clinics. We focus on outcomes, not volume, delivering personalized treatment that addresses the root causes of pain and movement limitations, so that you can receive the focused, effective, and individualized treatment your body and goals deserve.
In addition, being out-of-network makes costs predictable: you know your session charges upfront, without confusing coverage rules, prior authorizations, or hidden fees.
After each appointment, you’ll receive a superbill with all the necessary billing details. This can be submitted directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Please note: we do not submit claims on your behalf.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, and we are unable to provide superbills for these plans. As a result, our services are not eligible for reimbursement through Medicare or Medicaid.
Patients with Medicare or Medicaid are responsible for the full out-of-pocket cost of care.
Mastering Motion Physical Therapy is an out-of-network, self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Session fees are clearly listed when booking through our online system.
We accept credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. A valid credit card is required to book and will be kept securely on file for scheduling and billing purposes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
